Welcome to Presence, a verified human connection platform operated by Retail Jam Pty Ltd (ABN 69677860568).
By using Presence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Presence is a verified social booking service that enables Members to book structured, authentic conversations with verified Hosts.
All interactions are for connection, conversation, or mentoring purposes — not for commerce, solicitation, or adult services.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
   
• Users agree to provide accurate information during verification and registration.
   
• Presence reserves the right to approve or deny applications to protect the integrity of the community.
   
• All activity on the platform must remain respectful and lawful.
   

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe Connect.
   
• Presence does not store or have access to users’ card details.
   
• Fees are clearly displayed before each booking.
   
• Presence retains its platform fee automatically upon payment.
   
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed only through Stripe in accordance with our Refund Policy.
   

• Presence is a professional, human-first environment.
   
• No user may request or direct another user to communicate outside the Presence platform.
   
• Advertising, selling, or promoting third-party services or platforms is strictly prohibited.
   
• Harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the platform will result in suspension or permanent removal.
   

• Personal information is collected only for verification, communication, and payment processing.
   
• Presence never sells or shares personal data with third parties.

Presence provides a verified booking service but is not responsible for the conduct or outcomes of any interaction between Members and Hosts.
By using the platform, you agree to participate respectfully and at your own discretion.

Presence may suspend or terminate user access if Terms are breached or verification fails.
Users may delete their account by written request.

Presence may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
